Day 1 - Arrival in Ecuador
You will be greeted at the airport by our representatives and taken to your Guayaquil or Quito hotel to settle in and prepare for your flight to the Galapagos the following morning.

Day 2 - Arrival in Santa Cruz, Galapagos
Your exploration of the Galapagos Islands begins! Upon arrival in Baltra, 600 miles from the mainland, you will be met by your guide and taken to your lodge in Puerto Ayora. You´ll spend the afternoon at Garrapatero Beach, a lovely stretch of white sand perfect for swimming. There are also plenty of tide pools full of marine creatures and a lagoon often populated by flamingos

Galapagos Islands tortoise
Day 3 - Santa Cruz Highland Tour
In the morning you´ll set out to the highlands to explore the Los Gemelos lava tubes. After learning about the geology and ecology of this region, you´ll visit a nearby Galapagos tortoise reserve to see these mighty (slow) creatures roaming around unhindered. After lunch back at the lodge, you will take to the seas for your trip to Floreana Island where you´ll visit La Loberia and spend the night.

Day 4 - Floreana Tour & Isabela Wildlife
Today you´ll tour Floreana Island to learn about the local flora and fauna, as well as the island´s unique human history, which involves pirates and mysterious love triangles gone wrong. In the afternoon you will set sail for Isabela Island where you´ll look for blue-footed boobies, marina iguanas, and Galapagos penguins. You can also go snorkeling among the mangroves

Day 5 - Wetland Tour & Darwin Research Station
Enjoy the beauty of Vilamill beach, an area well populated with migrant birds and lush vegetation, before a visit to the man-made Muro de las Lagrimas, a wall of lava rocks. After lunch at your lodge, you´ll return to Santa Cruz Island for an enriching afternoon at the Charles Darwin Research Station.

Day 6 - Return to Mainland Ecuador
After breakfast at your lodge on Santa Cruz, you´ll be taken to the airport on Baltra for your flight back to mainland Ecuador.
