After traveling the world, she now calls Peru home. Riva understands the rigors of international travel and is especially well versed in South America’s destinations, which are rapidly changing from rustic backwaters into some of the most innovative and sought after places in the world. Kristina Rudge - Destination Expert

After studying comparative American studies at Warwick University and earning a Master’s in International Development at the London School of Economics, Kristina left the United Kingdom to pursue her passion for all things Latin America. She spent years living and volunteering in the region, including Mexico and Patagonia, before finally settling in Lima, Peru. She has purposely found her niche in travel, balancing her academic experience with her passion for exploration. Kristina understands the significant impact her work has on local entrepreneurs and communities, and is well versed in careful trip configuration to benefit visitors and locals alike.
Staci Steele - Destination Expert

Upon completing her Bachelor degree at the University of Texas at Austin in Marine & Freshwater Sciences, Staci’s streak of adventure and love of Latin languages drew her to explore five continents. Years later, Staci happily resides in Peru and has become one of the foremost experts on travel within South America. Staci’s convinced that world travel is key to creating global awareness and constructive change, which is what fuels her desire to design the most gratifying and authentic experiences for others.
Laura Yates - Marketing Manager

Born and raised in the sweet corn fields of the Midwest, Laura’s wanderlust is an unshakable companion. After an inspiring education at Ohio University, Laura set off to explore the world full time, moving to Mexico and then Peru. Her desire for change through positive action drew her first to journalism, then nonprofit work. And now, with the strong belief that travel progressively expands horizons (and also happens to be a lot of fun) Laura uses her role as marketing manager to encourage others to embrace exploration, with the caveat that just because it’s exotic doesn’t mean it can’t be comfortable.
Allison Monge - Cuzco Manager

A Cuzco native, Allison is our resident expert on all things Inca. While growing up among the cobblestone streets of this ancient capital, Allison learned every nook and cranny of Cuzco, making her the perfect person to introduce our guests to her hometown. She’ll greet you at the airport and will never be more than a few blocks away during your time in Cuzco. Allison is a university graduate as well as a certified Cuzco guide and is fluent in English, Spanish, German, and is currently learning Quechua from her grandmother. She swears Cuzco serves the best food in the world and if you’re lucky, she might show you one of her favorite local eateries.
Milagros Monge - Cuzco Client Support

Raised in Cuzco, Milagros is available around the clock to greet our guests at the airport and serve as a local host, happy to assist and help our visitors. Her heritage has not only given her a sense of Andean hospitality, but also a significant connection to nature. Milagros spends her free time trekking in and around the Sacred Valley, working with traditional textiles and silver design, and taking photographs that capture a contemporary view of what the Incan capital of Cuzco is today.
Karina Moran - Operations Manager

Karina’s non-stop energy bounces between our operational hubs of Lima and Cuzco, as she splits her time between the two offices. She brings an unmatched understanding of all facets of South American travel operations, and often greets our passengers upon arrival to Cuzco when not managing the operations team in our Lima office. Karina is currently perfecting her third language (French) and spent many years guiding in the Peruvian Amazon.

A perfectionist at heart, Neidee is a master of details. She keeps our numerous daily transactions in order with a smile, and her background in tourism complements her “roll up your sleeves” data organizational skills. While originally from Lima, her maternal heritage is from the Andean Huancayo region. Frequent visits to this mountainous area sparked her passion for Andean cuisine and its stunning landscapes, which she captures through photographic study.
Rossmery Jurado - Booking Specialist

Every hotel, tour, and transfer passes through the careful coordination of Rossmery. Her background in the travel industry began with a tourism degree from University Inca Garcillasso de la Vega and continued with several years working with major flight consolidators in South America. This flexibility and background in South American travel permits fluid interaction between our international destination experts and our flight specialists. When Rossmery is not booking expeditions in South America, she is most likely enjoying music and cinema in the burgeoning urban center of Lima.
